To further maximize value for employers, we assist businesses in leveraging government-backed incentives through both the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). Under NAPS & NATS, businesses benefit from financial support, including a government share of up to Rs. 4500/- Per Month, of the stipend for apprentices. Additionally, for apprentices who require basic training, NAPS provides financial assistance to cover these foundational costs, creating sustainable talent pipelines, administered by the Ministry of Education, we connect employers with students from graduate, diploma, and vocational programs, providing one-year practical training that enhances their industry readiness and culminates in a government-recognized certification.
